A highly respected and growing regional firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its well-established team in Bourne. This is an opportunity to become part of a modern, dynamic department known for delivering exceptional client care and offering one of the strongest private client services in the area.
In this role, you will step into an experienced team that handles a full spectrum of private client work. You will advise on simple and complex wills, probate, estate administration, tax planning, trusts, inheritance tax, life planning and Court of Protection matters. With the support of highly skilled colleagues behind you, you will be able to develop your expertise, build strong client relationships and progress your career within a firm that genuinely values balance, wellbeing and professional growth.
You will bring strong technical ability, excellent communication skills and the confidence to guide clients through sensitive and often emotional matters with clarity and compassion. Commercial awareness, a personable approach and a commitment to ongoing learning ideally with an interest in STEP will help you thrive in this role.
