Full job descriptionWe’re currently recruiting for a Management Accountant on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Keighley.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys combining hands-on accounting responsibilities with strategic business support. You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, driving business performance, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities*Produce accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports
*Support month-end and year-end accounting processes
*Analyse business performance and provide meaningful financial insights
*Prepare budgets, forecasts and cashflow projections
*Maintain strong financial controls and ensure regulatory compliance
*Reconcile sales, cost of sales and balance sheet accounts
*Oversee supplier payments and statutory payment processes
*Support payroll administration and related financial activities
*Partner with department managers to provide financial guidance and support
*Assist with stock takes, stock valuation and costing analysis
*Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting
*Provide support, guidance and mentoring to colleagues where required
About You*Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role
*Strong financial reporting and management accounting expertise
*Experience producing budgets, forecasts and cashflow reports
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
*Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
*Knowledge of payroll processes and financial controls
*Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly
*Proactive, commercially minded and solutions-focused
*Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
