We are recruiting for experienced Children’s Social Work Team Manager in the Manchester area.
This to work as Team Manager in a Fostering Support, Supervision and Assessments
*Leadership and management of fostering and children’s social care teams.
*Foster carer support, supervision and assessment.
*Quality assurance, auditing and performance management.
*Workforce development, supervision and coaching.
*Safeguarding, care planning and achieving positive outcomes for children.
*Strategic service development and partnership working.
