*TEMP-PERM* Telemarketer Responsibilities:
*Understand campaign objectives and work towards achieving key targets
*Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to generate interest and identify new opportunities
*Speak with decision-makers to understand business needs and qualify leads
*Build and nurture relationships to increase brand awareness and engagement
*Track telemarketing activity and provide regular campaign updates to the Team Leader
*Accurately maintain and update CRM records with all customer interactions
*Carry out market research to strengthen industry knowledge and campaign awareness
*Collaborate with internal teams to share campaign feedback and highlight any issues
*TEMP-PERM* Telemarketer Skills and Experience:
*Previous outbound sales experience, ideally within telemarketing or telesales
*Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
*Strong relationship-building and rapport-creating abilities
*Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
*IT literate, with experience using CRM systems and MS Office to include Word, Outlook, and Excel
*Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
*Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong team-player mentality
