Type: Contract (4 Months with potential extension)

We are hiring an IT Tech Support Specialist to provide L1/L2 support across our IT infrastructure, hardware, and operating systems.
Key Responsibilities*Provide L1 and L2 technical support for hardware, software, servers, and networks.
*Build, image, and configure new laptops and desktops.
*Diagnose and resolve desktop hardware faults, basic printer issues, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
Key Requirements*Solid technical knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.
*Hands-on experience with laptop imaging and desktop hardware repair.
*Strong customer service and L1/L2 troubleshooting skills.
