Full job descriptionThe role:
A highly respected, independent boutique estate agency is seeking an experienced ARLA-qualified Property Manager to join its established team in West Hampstead.
Based in a welcoming office environment, you will manage a quality portfolio of residential properties across Northwest London, reporting directly to the Head of Property Management. You will take ownership of your portfolio while benefiting from the support of an experienced and professional wider team.
Responsibilities:
*Manage a portfolio of residential properties across Northwest London.
*Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants.
*Carry out property inspections and follow up on any required works.
*Manage tenancy-related issues efficiently and professionally.
*Ensure properties and tenancies remain compliant with current legislation.
*Maintain accurate property and tenancy records.
*Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
*Respond to enquiries and maintenance issues in a timely manner.
*Work closely with the wider property management team to deliver a high standard of service.
About you:
*Previous residential property management experience is essential.
*ARLA Propertymark qualification is essential.
*Strong knowledge of property compliance and lettings legislation.
*Confident managing maintenance, contractors, inspections and tenancy issues.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*Proactive, professional and able to manage your own portfolio effectively.
*Full UK driving licence is essential; a car is not required.
The package:
*£40,000–£47,000 depending on experience.
*22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
*Office closure between Christmas and New Year.
