Job Description:
Full job descriptionPersonal Injury Barrister, 2+ Years Experience, Birmingham, £75,000+ (DOE) – We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Personal Injury Barrister to join a growing practice in Birmingham. The successful candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation and will be comfortable handling a broad range of high-value and complex claims, from initial advice through to trial.REF:5226.
THE ROLE:
• Advising on liability, quantum and evidential issues
• Managing a varied caseload of personal injury matters
• Working closely with solicitors and professional clients
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Contributing to the continued growth of the practice
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Qualified Barrister with a strong personal injury practice
• Has substantial advocacy and litigation experience
• Is commercially aware and client-focused
• Can demonstrate excellent analytical and written advocacy skills
• Works effectively with solicitors and other professional clients
• Is keen to develop their practice and play an active role in a growing team
