I am recruiting for a full time temporary Student Information Officer to join a well established Educational organisation based in Moorgate EC1Y. This fast paced and exciting organisation is looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good customer service background.
Starting ASAP
Full time for 7 weeks Monday to Friday
Responsibilities include:
*Administer the induction and enrolment process for all students
*Receiving and recording eligibility documents
*Administer the process for students who intermit, transfer and withdraw from the course
*Administer the student attendance recording system ensuring that student attendance, absences and class swaps are recorded accurately and the information held is up to date
*Provide administrative support to the Learning Support tutors
*Ensure sufficient stocks of stationery - ordering and replenishing stocks as necessary
*Providing an up to date service to students looking for accommodation
*Keep up-to-date files of all paperwork
*Input and keep records relating to overtime payments for teaching staff, invigilators and visiting lecturers on a monthly basis
