Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days homeWe are working with a highly regarded UK law firm to recruit a Paralegal into its specialist Property Securitisation team in Colchester.
The RoleWorking closely with Partners and Solicitors, responsibilities will include:
*Undertaking title checks and property due diligence
*Obtaining Land Registry documents and conducting searches
*Assisting with pre and post-completion matters
*Managing your own caseload and monitoring outstanding items
*Providing progress updates to clients and fee earners
*Supporting the team on large-scale transactions
About You*Minimum 2:1 degree in Law, Politics, Economics or a Humanities-related subject
*Previous property or conveyancing experience is advantageous
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Strong communication, research and drafting abilities
*Confident managing competing priorities and deadlines
*Proactive, professional and keen to develop within a specialist legal team
