Full job descriptionWe are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Panel Beater to join a reputable accident repair centre in Warwick. This is a fixed-term opportunity offering competitive pay and excellent career prospects. The Panel Beater will be responsible for repairing and replacing damaged body components, working to manufacturer repair standards, and assessing the best repair methodologies.

Duties of a Panel Beater:
*Repair and replace damaged body panels to pre-accident condition
*Assess and determine the most effective repair methods
*Use specialist body repair equipment efficiently
*Maintain quality standards aligning with manufacturer specifications
*Plan and organise workload within a busy bodyshop environment
*Collaborate effectively with team members to meet repair deadlines
Requirements of a Panel Beater:
*Fully skilled Panel Beater with minimum 2 years’ experience in a bodyshop environment
*ATA qualification desirable but not essential
*Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player
*Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
*Good organisational skills and ability to manage workload efficiently
