Full job descriptionA well-established organisation within the London Market insurance sector is seeking a Senior Compliance Executive to support its Compliance function in delivering effective oversight of ConsumerDuty,ConductRiskandbroaderregulatorycompliancerequirements.Thisrolewillplayakeypartinensuringstrongcustomeroutcomes,apositiveconductculture,andadherencetoapplicableregulatorystandards.
KeyResponsibilities*SupporttheComplianceleadershipteamintheoversightofConsumerDuty,ConductRiskandregulatorycomplianceactivitiesacrossthebusiness.
*Assistintheongoingdevelopment,implementationandmonitoringofConsumerDutyframeworks,ensuringevidenceofpositivecustomeroutcomes.
*Helpidentify,assessandreportconductrisksandassociatedregulatoryobligations.
*Coordinateannualgovernanceandattestationprocesses,ensuringactionsareappropriatelytrackedandcompleted.
*ContributetothedevelopmentanddeliveryoftheCompliancePlan,providingupdatesonprogress,
