*Location: Sale
*Working Hours: Full-time, five days across seven
*Salary: £13.40 per hour
*Bonus: £3,000–£5,000 per year
Are you an experienced Optical Assistant looking for more responsibility, excellent earning potential and the opportunity to progress?
Insightful Recruitment is working with a busy, successful optical practice in Sale to recruit a confident Optical Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering great customer service, supporting colleagues and helping a busy practice run smoothly.
The Role
As an Optical Assistant, you will:
*Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional experience
*Support customers throughout their eyewear journey
*Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
*Help keep the team focused and organised during busy periods
*Support colleagues in understanding their responsibilities
*Work towards individual and practice targets
*Take on key-holder responsibilities
*Provide additional support when the Practice Manager is unavailable
*Contribute to the customer service and commercial performance of the practice

*The ability to remain calm and focused in a busy environment
*A willingness to act as a key holder
*Flexibility to work weekends as part of a five-day-over-seven rota
*Ambition and an interest in progressing your optical career
