Full job descriptionI’m working with an organisation going through a major SAP S/4HANA transformation that is looking to bring an experienced Technical Data Analyst into the programme.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll play an important part in preparing and migrating data from multiple legacy systems into the new ERP environment. You’ll work across data profiling, cleansing, mapping, reconciliation and validation, ensuring data is accurate and ready for migration.
The Role*Analyse and prepare data from multiple legacy systems
*Support end-to-end data migration activities
*Carry out data cleansing, mapping, transformation and reconciliation
*Use SQL and Excel to investigate and resolve data quality issues
*Validate migrated data throughout testing and UAT
*Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements
*Support reporting and data readiness across the programme
What We’re Looking For*Strong hands-on data migration experience
*Advanced SQL
*Strong Excel skills, including Power Query
*Experience working with ERP or finance system migrations
*Data profiling, cleansing, mapping and reconciliation experience
*Strong stakeholder communication skills
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Migration Cockpit, Power BI or Python would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
Package Up to £50,000
Hybrid – weekly travel to Sheffield
Permanent position
This would suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail of complex datasets and wants to play a hands-on role in a major ERP transformation.
