*Accounts AssistantPart-Time | Maternity Cover (9-12 Months)Location: Harlow (Office-Based)
Salary: £19,500 per annum (Part-Time Salary)
Hours: 24-25 hours per week
Contract: 9-12 Month Permanent Maternity Cover
24-25 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
Looking for a flexible part-time accounts role?We are looking for an experienced and organised Accounts Assistant to join our friendly team on a part-time maternity cover contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous accounts experience who is seeking a role that offers flexibility.
Working closely with the finance team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day accounting function and ensuring financial records are maintained accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities*Processing purchase and sales invoices
*Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
*Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
*Carrying out bank reconciliations
*Processing payments and receipts
*General data entry and accounts administration
*Assisting with month-end processes
*Handling finance-related queries from suppliers and customers
*Providing general administrative support to the finance team
