Full job descriptionFactory Operative – Line FeederOur client, a market leader in heating and hot water solutions, is currently recruiting Factory Operatives to join their growing Logistics Department.
Pay Rates*£13.03/hour – Morning Shift
*Overtime Rates:
*Weekdays: £17.37/hour
*Saturday: £19.55/hour
*Sunday: £26.06/hour

Pay Increase After 12 Weeks
*£13.52/hour – Morning Shift
Working Hours*Average 39 hours per week
*Flexibility required: 24 to 45 hours per week depending on business needs
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Line Feeder, you will play a vital role in supporting production operations by ensuring manufacturing lines are supplied with the correct materials and components at all times. Duties include:
*Supplying production lines with materials and components required for assembly.
*Transporting stock, parts, and pallets between warehouse and production areas.
*Monitoring stock levels on production lines and replenishing materials as required.
*Using pallet trucks and other material-handling equipment safely.
*Carrying out stock checks and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
*Working closely with production operators, team leaders, and logistics colleagues.
*Following all health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area.
