Full job descriptionWe are pleased to present an excellent opportunity for a Vehicle Technician within a reputable dealership group in Boston. This Vehicle Technician role offers a secure career pathway with substantial earning potential, tailored for skilled automotive professionals seeking growth and stability.

*Basic salary up to £42,000 with an OTE of up to £49,000
*Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with one in three Saturdays, 8:30 am to 1:00 pm

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
*Conduct vehicle servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards
*Perform diagnostic checks and provide accurate assessments
*Fit manufacturer-specific equipment and components
*Deliver excellent customer service by providing clear updates and advice
*Assist in maintaining the high standards of the dealership group
*Support ongoing training and development to stay current with industry updates
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
*Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
*Full UK driving licence
*Confident in servicing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting across various vehicle systems
*Strong technical skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
*Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
*MOT testing licence is desirable but not essential
