Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
*Bringing insight and narrative to financial reporting, telling the story behind the numbers
*Leading and developing the finance team
*Overseeing month-end processes, including review and detailed analysis
*Rebuilding and improving cashflow forecasting, with monthly reforecasts and granular detail
*Identifying profitable ervice lines and providing board-level detail
*Managing intercompany loans and trading company pinch points
*Driving efficiencies and process improvements across finance operations
*Reviewing and developing processes
*Conducting regular 121s with the team and supporting longer-term growth plans
What you will need:
*Previous experience in a similar role (Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Head of Finance, Group Financial Controller)
*All rounder finance experience
*Comfortable with change and process improvement
*Ability to make a difference and drive progression
