Job Description:
Full job descriptionThis role will initially have a strong focus on reporting and data analysis, alongside responsibility for the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors. You will work closely with HR colleagues, internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure people systems remain accurate, efficient and aligned with business needs.
Key responsibilities*Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
*Manage the day-to-day operation and administration of SAP SuccessFactors.
*Analyse HR data and produce accurate management information using Excel and reporting tools.
*Support system configuration, workflow improvements, upgrades, testing and new functionality.
*Assist with cyclical HR activities, including pay-gap reporting, performance reviews and employee grading exercises.
*Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the user experience.
*Investigate system issues and coordinate their resolution with internal teams and external providers.
*Maintain high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
*Produce system guidance and documentation.
*Deliver training and ongoing support to managers, administrators and self-service users.
*Support the introduction of new HR technologies and wider digital initiatives.
About you*At least one year’s experience in HR systems administration, reporting or analysis.
*Practical experience using SAP SuccessFactors is essential.
*Strong Excel and data-manipulation skills.
*Experience producing HR reports, dashboards and management information.
*A good understanding of HR processes and employee data structures.
*Experience of system configuration, testing and documentation.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
*Confident communication and stakeholder-management skills.
*An understanding of GDPR and the handling of confidential employee data.
*Experience supporting global or multi-jurisdictional HR systems would be advantageous.
*Previous experience within professional services or a similarly complex organisation would be beneficial.
