We are recruiting Support Worker to work with our team!
Baytree is our brand-new purpose built Supported Living environment, it will compromise of 10 self-contained en-suites flats, beautiful garden space, balcony area and fully equipped shared kitchen. Baytree will also have a fully functional staff area which will be made up of a staff room, office and en-suite room for those that are doing sleepin’s.
Baytree will support people with varied mental health conditions on their journey to living independently.
What You’ll be Doing
*Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
*Support residents in developing and maintaining their independence.
*Help residents with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.
*Provide emotional support and companionship.
*Maintain accurate records and documentation.
*Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
What You’ll Need
*Minimum of 1+ years’ experience as a support worker
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
*Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
*NVQ2 in Health and Social Care & First aid Trained
