Full job descriptionThis role will support our recruitment team in sourcing and delivering top technology talent. The role focuses on managing the full candidate lifecycle and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery to clients.


Key Responsibilities:
*Source, screen, and manage IT candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
*Match candidates to client requirements and manage interview/offer processes.
*Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across IT specialisms.
*Work closely with account managers to meet client expectations.
*Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM and track delivery KPIs.


Skills & Experience:
*Previous recruitment experience in all IT roles (diversity is key).
*Past experience working with System Integrators SI.
*Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
*Target-driven with excellent communication.
*Ability to manage multiple roles.
