Mackie Myers is delighted to be supporting a purpose-driven organisation working across Oxfordshire to deliver positive environmental and community impact. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation and play a key role in supporting its day-to-day operations.

The Role
Administration Officer will support the Programme Manager across a broad range of operational, financial and administrative activities. This is a varied role suited to an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working across multiple priorities and supporting a busy team.

Main Duties *Manage the day-to-day administration of the organisation
*Support the Programme Manager with operational activities and project coordination
*Maintain financial records, accounts and spreadsheets
*Assist with fund administration and reporting requirements
*Coordinate internal and external communications
*Organise meetings, diaries and stakeholder engagement activities
*Support project monitoring and administration
*Assist with fundraising and grant administration activities
*Maintain accurate records and filing systems
*Provide general administrative support across the organisation
The Successful Candidate *Previous experience within an administrative, office support or coordinator role
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Experience maintaining spreadsheets and supporting financial administration
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
*Able to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively
*Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working independently
*An interest in environmental, charitable or community-focused organisations would be advantageous
