The Role
*Manage a varied non-contentious Private Client caseload
*Wills & estate planning
*Probate & estate administration
*Trusts & trust administration
*Inheritance Tax & tax planning
*Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
*Wealth preservation & succession planning
*Court of Protection matters
*Advise HNW individuals, families, business owners and agricultural clients

What You’ll Need
*Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)
*Ideally 3+ years’ PQE in Private Client law
*Experience with wills, probate, trusts and estate planning
*Strong client care and communication skills
*STEP qualification is advantageous, but not essential
*Ambition to progress within a leading regional law firm
