About the role:
As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality dishes, maintain kitchen standards, and help lead the team during busy periods of service. This role suits someone with solid experience in a professional kitchen looking to take the next step in their career.
What we’re looking for:
*Previous experience as a Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen
*Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
*Ability to lead and support a team during service
*Right to work in the UK
*Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required
