We are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to help create an exceptional living experience for residents of this vibrant student accommodation. This is a varied role combining customer service, administration, sales, marketing, and operational support within a vibrant student accommodation community.

What You’ll Be Doing
*Deliver a welcoming and professional front-of-house service.
*Respond to resident enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
*Support community events and activities that enhance the resident experience.
*Manage maintenance requests and ensure issues are appropriately logged and tracked.
*Maintain accurate records, databases, and resident documentation.
*Assist with resident communications, notices, and general administration.
*Support move-in and move-out periods, helping ensure a smooth resident journey.
*Support sales and leasing activities to maximise occupancy levels.
*Assist with local marketing activities and community engagement initiatives.
*Support rent collection processes and follow up on outstanding arrears.
About You
*Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
*Excellent customer service and communication skills.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
*Confidence working with databases and administrative systems.
*A proactive, positive, and professional approach.
*Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
*The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
