Main Responsibilities
*Lead the project management of the Payroll Transformation Programme, ensuring all activity is planned, tracked and delivered in line with agreed objectives, milestones and governance arrangements.
*Lead project governance, planning, reporting, risk management and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams, providing reporting updates for the Group HR Director and relevant steering groups.
*Lead and coordinate project activity to support the transition of approximately 450 employees from weekly to monthly pay.
*Lead the project management of the review, enhancement, testing and roll out of the Time and Attendance system.
*Coordinate multiple workstreams, dependencies and stakeholder inputs to support delivery of the transformation programme.
*Identify risks, issues and barriers to delivery, escalating appropriately and recommending practical solutions.
*Work collaboratively across Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, Learning and Development, Operations and employee representative groups to ensure business readiness and effective implementation.
*Build trusted and constructive relationships with Trade Union representatives at national, regional and local level.
*Organise and support consultation and engagement with affected employee groups and Trade Unions, ensuring communications are clear, timely, consistent and inclusive. Prepare consultation and supporting materials.
*Work with Group locations as required to support consultation, briefings, workshops, training and implementation activity.
