£39,000 + Overtime
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is looking for a Site Services Technician to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established manufacturing environment, supporting the maintenance of site services, facilities and essential utilities, with a competitive salary of £39,000 + overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
*Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across site services and facilities.
*Maintain and repair pumps, motors, plumbing, pipework and general site equipment.
*Support electrical maintenance, lighting, power supplies and fault finding.
*Maintain and monitor site utilities including compressed air, steam, gas and cooling water.
*Assist with HVAC systems, boilers, ventilation and temperature-control equipment.
*Carry out inspections and ensure all maintenance activities are recorded accurately.
*Work alongside and support external contractors when required.
*Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures and compliance requirements.
*Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across site services.
Requirements:*Previous experience in a site services, facilities or maintenance role, ideally within manufacturing.
*Good general maintenance and fault-finding skills.
*Electrical knowledge would be advantageous.
*Experience working with site utilities, facilities or building services.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a small maintenance team.
*A relevant engineering qualification would be advantageous.
The Package:*£39,000 basic salary
*40 hours per week
*25 days holiday + bank holidays
*7% matched pension
