Full job descriptionGroup Finance Manager Buckinghamshire | £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Hybrid Working
NeneBrook Recruitment is partnering with a successful and growing construction group to recruit a Group Finance Manager. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you’ll lead the ledger function, oversee treasury activities across multiple group companies, ensure HMRC compliance, and drive continuous improvement within the finance team.
Key Responsibilities*Lead, mentor and develop a small finance team.
*Manage cashflow, treasury activities and bank reconciliations.
*Oversee VAT, CIS, PAYE and other HMRC submissions.
*Ensure robust financial controls, processes and compliance.
*Act as a key contact during year-end audit.
*Support financial strategy, reporting and business improvement projects.
*Assist with system enhancements and process automation.
*Provide payroll cover when required.
About You*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or actively studying.
*Previous experience within a Finance Manager or similar role.
*Strong understanding of VAT, CIS and construction industry finance.
*Confident leading and developing a team.
*Excellent communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
*Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
