Description
*Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding to the correct accounts.
*Handle payment runs and ensure payments are made on time.
*Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
*Maintain accurate and organised records of all transactions.
*Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
*Respond to supplier queries and build positive working relationships.
*Work collaboratively with the accounting team to support financial reporting.
*Ensure compliance with relevant financial policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable should have:
*Experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*Confidence in handling supplier queries and resolving issues.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Job Offer
*Hourly rate ranging from £14.00 to £17.00, dependent on the level of experience.
