NRG Recruitment are partnering with a growing international manufacturing business to recruit a commercially focused Financial Controller.
Reporting to the Group Finance Director and working closely with the General Manager, you’ll join the Senior Management Team and play a key role in driving financial performance across UK and European operations.
The Role*Produce monthly management and statutory accounts (UK & EU)
*Manage cashflow, forecasting and reporting
*Deliver insightful management information and analysis
*Lead VAT, Intrastat and other statutory reporting
*Support budgeting, forecasting and year-end audits
*Partner with Sales and Operations to improve margins and profitability
*Oversee stock reporting and financial controls
*Support international ERP implementation projects
*Manage and develop international finance colleagues
About You*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
*Previous Manufacturing, Engineering or FMCG experience
*Strong financial and management accounting background
*Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills
*Hands-on approach with the ability to operate strategically and detail-focused when required
*Experience of process improvement and driving efficiencies
