The company is a well established maintenance provider who likes to progress their engineers career with all the opportunities of training and development. This is a great opportunity to work on a site which is part of a large and prestigious complex.


As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you’ll carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across a variety of mechanical plant systems, trouble shoot / fault find, liaise with contractors, update site logbooks and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided.


Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Duties:


*PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
*AHUs
*FCUs
*Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals, Strip down.
*Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
*Cooling Towers
*Tap Temperatures
*Chilled Water Systems
*Plumbing
*Generators
*Pressurisation units.


Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:


*Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ (or equivalent)
*Building Services Maintenance experience


Salary and Package:


*£45,000 - £50,000 per annu m
*Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
*25 days holiday + bank holidays
*Company pension scheme
*Overtime available
*Training provided
*Internal progression
