Job Description:
Full job descriptionAJ Chambers is working with a mid market, Legal 500 firm based in the City of London and they have a current requirement for a Solicitor to join their real estate litigation team.
This individual must have a minimum of 3 years PQE dealing with a wide range of commercial real estate disputes. The billable hour target is 1250 and hybrid working is available (2 days from home).
Key aspects:
· Landlord and tenant litigation with a focus on advising landlords
· Investment and development disputes
· Service change disputes
· Breaches of contract
· Professional negligence
You’ll be offered a package which includes:
