Are you a Factory Trainer looking for a secure and stable position within a successful FMCG manufacturing business? This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company offering an excellent package, long-term security and a supportive, family-feel working environment.
This well-established FMCG manufacturer continues to invest in its people and operations, providing excellent stability and long-term career prospects. You’ll play a key role in developing employees across the factory, ensuring teams have the skills, knowledge and training required to perform safely and effectively.
As a Factory Trainer, you will work closely with production teams and management to deliver practical, engaging training across the site. You’ll support new starters, develop existing employees and ensure training and competency standards are consistently maintained.
Your Role As A Factory Trainer Will Include:
*Deliver training to new and existing factory employees
*Conduct new starter inductions and onboarding
*Provide practical shop-floor training across production and manufacturing
*Train employees on processes, procedures, safety, quality and hygiene standards
*Assess employee competency and complete sign-offs
*Maintain training records, competency documentation and skills matrices
*Identify skills gaps and coordinate refresher and development training
*Work closely with Production, HR, Quality and Health & Safety teams
*Support the introduction of new processes, procedures and equipment
The Role As A Factory Trainer Will Include:
*Experience within training, coaching or employee development
*Manufacturing, FMCG, food production or similar industry experience
*Confident delivering practical training in a factory environment
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Comfortable working with employees at all levels
*Looking for a secure, long-term position with opportunities to develop
