Full job descriptionOur client is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Resident Manager to join a thriving Build-to-Rent community in Surrey.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of the resident experience, combining leasing, resident engagement, property management, front-of-house operations, and community building.
As the face of the development, you’ll build strong relationships with residents, support occupancy through viewings and leasing, and help ensure the neighbourhood runs smoothly day to day.

Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver an exceptional resident experience from enquiry through to move-in and ongoing residency
*Conduct property viewings and support the leasing process to drive occupancy
*Build strong relationships with residents, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
*Manage resident queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
*Carry out apartment inspections and coordinate maintenance requirements
*Support resident events, community initiatives, and engagement activities
*Maintain accurate records and property management data
*Assist with move-ins, move-outs, inventories, and deposit processes
*Support the day-to-day operation of the neighbourhood, including front-of-house activities and resident services
About You:
*Experience within Build-to-Rent, PBSA, residential property, lettings, or property management
*Previous experience conducting property viewings and supporting leasing activity
*Strong customer service and resident-facing experience
*Comfortable handling complaints and finding practical solutions
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*A confident communicator who builds relationships quickly
*Proactive, hands-on, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Experience with property management or CRM systems would be advantageous
