Location: Preston
Salary: £40-45,000
An award-winning and established multi-disciplinary construction and design consultancy is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join its growing team in Preston. The practice has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the UK within sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, residential, sports and leisure, and heritage.

Daily Duties for the Architectural Technologist role:
*Producing technical drawings in Revit and AutoCAD
*Preparing detailed construction information
*Developing designs through all project stages
*Preparing planning and Building Regulations information
*Coordinating with clients and project consultants
*Supporting BIM coordination and project delivery
*Attending meetings and site visits
*Resolving technical and construction issues
The ideal Architectural Technologist will have:
*Experience as an Architectural Technician or Technologist
*Relevant UK construction industry experience
*Qualification in Architectural Technology or similar
*Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills
*Experience working within a BIM environment
*Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations
*Strong communication and coordination skills
*CIAT accreditation or willingness to work towards it
