An exciting opportunity for a Senior FP&A Business Partner to join an established organisation in a high-impact role, partnering with senior leadership and operational stakeholders to drive strategic and commercial decision-making.
This role goes beyond traditional reporting, with responsibility for providing financial insight across planning, investment, performance and long-term sustainability.
Key responsibilities:
*Partner with senior stakeholders, providing commercial insight and constructive challenge
*Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling
*Communicate confidently with finance and non-finance individuals at all levels
*Develop financial models , business cases and sensitivity analysis from scratch
*Deliver insightful monthly and quarterly performance reporting
*Identify risks, opportunities and value-creation initiatives
*Develop and improve KPIs and reporting processes
*Build financial capability across non-finance teams
*Support finance transformation, automation and AI initiatives
*Mentor colleagues and contribute to wider FP&A initiatives
About you:
*Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). QBE can be considered for particularly strong candidates who have the required commercial experience
*Strong post-qualified experience within FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering
*Strong financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis skills
*Advanced Excel capability, including Power Query and modelling
*Experience with Power BI and have experience of larger ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Dynamics 365 - essential
*Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and providing constructive challenge
*Experience within a complex, operational or service-led environment
