Full job descriptionWe are currently seeking a Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a reputable franchise-approved car dealer group with over 50 sites nationwide. The Service Advisor role offers an excellent opportunity to join a well-established dealership in Oxford, providing a professional and customer-focused service environment. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong customer service background, who are seeking to develop their career within the motor trade sector.

Duties of a Service Advisor:
*Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout their vehicle’s service journey
*Liaising effectively with workshop and parts departments to ensure smooth workflow
*Scheduling and tracking vehicle progress using relevant systems
*Communicating additional work requirements and costs to customers clearly and professionally
*Preparing and processing service orders, invoices, and registrations
*Assisting with file auditing, booking services, and administrative support for the aftersales department
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
*No previous Service Advisor experience necessary; full training will be provided
*Strong customer service and communication skills to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
*Excellent organisational and IT skills
*Experience with Kerridge DMS or Onelink beneficial but not essential
*Full, clean UK driving licence with minimal points
*Enthusiasm to learn and develop within the motor trade environment
