Full job descriptionTemporary Project Administrator - Ideal for an A Level finisher
Kenneth Brian Associates are seeking a bright and organised school leaver to join our team in Birmingham on a temporary 2–3 month assignment. The role will be sitting within the Projects team providing them with administration support.
Duties will include:
*Managing and organising company documents and records
*Checking documents for accuracy, completeness and consistency
*Maintaining document control systems and ensuring files are kept up to date
*Filing and uploading documents to internal systems
*Ensuring documents are correctly named, stored and easily accessible
*Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
*Liaising with colleagues to obtain or clarify documentation where required
*Helping to maintain accurate and organised records
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, confident using a computer and keen to learn. Previous office experience isn’t essential – enthusiasm and a good eye for detail are more important.
Requirements:
*Must live locally to Birmingham the role will be office based
*Minimum level 6 in Maths & English
*Competent with Word, Excel and Microsoft
*Numerate with a high level of accuracy
*We are seeking candidates under 21 only due to legal requirements
