Full job descriptionUp to £30,000 DOE, this Purchasing Administrator role offers a settled, dependable place within a close-knit supply chain team.
You’ll be the trusted point of contact suppliers rely on to keep orders moving smoothly.

As a Purchasing Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
*Raise, process, and track purchase orders in line with production schedules and MRP signals
*Liaise with suppliers to confirm delivery dates and resolve queries or shortages
*Maintain accurate supplier records, pricing agreements, and lead times
*Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels and flagging shortages
*Keep purchasing and material data accurate within the ERP/MRP system
*Support audits by maintaining purchasing documentation and records
As a Purchasing Administrator, your experience will include:
*Experience in a purchasing or procurement administration role
*Confidence using ERP/MRP systems such as Insight, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or Netsuite
*Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the wider MS Office suite
*Experience within an electronics manufacturing or engineering environment is desirable
*A CIPS qualification, or working towards one, would be a bonus
