Location: Brighton, East Sussex
Hours: Full-time
Pay: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, an established and growing business based in Brighton.
This is a varied opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to manage a portfolio of residential properties. You will work closely with landlords, tenants, contractors and internal colleagues, ensuring tenancies are managed efficiently while delivering a high standard of service.

The Requirements
*Previous experience within property management, lettings or residential property is desirable
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
*Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Strong organisational and time-management abilities
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Good IT skills and confidence using property or customer-management systems
*Professional and proactive approach
*Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve issues effectively
*Understanding of residential lettings legislation would be advantageous
The Role
*Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
*Support landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy process
*Arrange property viewings and related appointments
*Prepare tenancy documentation and coordinate inventories and check-outs
*Manage tenant referencing and associated administration
*Assist with the marketing of available properties
*Ensure tenancy processes comply with current legal requirements
*Carry out property inspections
*Coordinate tenant check-ins and end-of-tenancy processes
*Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding deposits and tenancy matters
*Build and maintain strong client relationships
*Provide guidance on rental values where appropriate
*Arrange property maintenance and repairs
*Coordinate contractors and external suppliers
*Resolve property and tenancy-related issues efficiently
*Keep up to date with relevant legislation and industry requirements
