Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Labourer to join our team in Birmingham. This is a hands-on role that requires a reliable and hardworking individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting a range of operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
*Assisting with general labouring and site duties.
*Loading and unloading materials safely.
*Moving materials and equipment around the workplace.
*Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
*Supporting skilled operatives and production teams as required.
*Following all health and safety procedures and company policies.
*Carrying out manual handling tasks and general housekeeping duties.
Requirements
Essential
*Previous experience in a labouring, manufacturing, warehouse, or construction environment.
*Good level of physical fitness.
*Strong work ethic and reliability.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Good awareness of health and safety procedures.
Desirable
*Valid CSCS card (if applicable).
*Experience working within an industrial or production environment.
*Forklift or other relevant licences (advantageous but not essential).
