Location: Bicester
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operatives to join the night team at a leading parcel delivery company. This is a physically demanding role, ideal for those who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Loading and unloading parcels from vehicles
*Sorting and organising parcels in the warehouse
*Using manual handling techniques and lifting parcels safely (can be heavy)
*Working quickly and efficiently to meet tight deadlines
*Ensuring the work area remains clean and safe
Requirements:
*Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work
*Punctual, dependable, and able to work night shifts
*Good attention to detail
*Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions
*Previous warehouse or manual handling experience is desirable but not essential
*Must have your own transport due to location and time (Cycle or Drive)
Shift Pattern:
*00:00am start (Monday, Thursday and Friday)
*11:00pm start (Tuesday & Wednesday)
Pay:
*£12.17 per hour (weekly pay)
