Job Description:
Full job descriptionI am working with a well-established organisation operating across multiple markets that is investing heavily in the next stage of its technology estate. As part of this programme, they are looking to appoint a Technical Delivery Manager to take ownership of a complex delivery landscape spanning Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and a bespoke digital portal.
This is a senior, hands-on delivery role for someone who is comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once. You will bring structure, pace and control to a programme involving CRM, software development, integrations, data migration and business change, while working closely with Product, Engineering and senior stakeholders.
You will take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery plan, coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, manage risks and dependencies, oversee Agile delivery and make sure both the technology and the wider business are ready for each release. You will also play a key role in cutover, go-live, hypercare and the transition into BAU.
What you need to succeed
*Significant experience delivering complex technology programmes and managing multiple concurrent workstreams
*Experience delivering programmes involving D365 CE, bespoke software development or similar enterprise platforms
*Strong end-to-end delivery experience from initiation through to go-live and hypercare
*Experience managing RAID, delivery plans, dependencies, governance and reporting
*Confidence running Agile ceremonies and working closely with Product Owners and technical teams
*Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership
*MSP, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent qualifications would be beneficial
