Description
*Ownership of management accounts and reporting
*P&L; management and performance analysis
*Forecasting, budgeting and cashflow management
*Margin and profitability analysis
*Investment appraisals and business case support
*Debtors reporting and credit control oversight
*Year-end coordination and external accountant management
*Process improvement, automation and efficiency initiatives
*Commercial challenge and stakeholder accountability with non-finance colleagues
*Support with wider financial planning for the founders
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
*A strong background in hands-on accounting or finance, ideally within the Media & Agency industry.
*Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
*Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
*Experience working in an SME environment.
*Leadership skills with experience managing a team.
*Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £60,000 dependent on the level of experience.
*Permanent position based in South Bristol.
*Opportunity to be part-time for the right person.
