A well-established regional law firm is looking to welcome an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 3 plus years PQE to its growing team in Barnsley.
This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive property team where you will have the chance to work on a varied caseload, build strong client relationships and continue developing your commercial property experience.
You will deal with a broad range of work, including:
• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
• Sales and purchases of commercial and agricultural land
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Secured lending transactions and related documentation
• Planning matters and associated legal documents
• Small to medium residential development projects
• Preparing contract packs and carrying out title investigations
• Post completion work and general file management
