Location: Milton Keynes
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
Contract: Temporary, ongoing

About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced project team. Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects and ensuring everything stays on track.

This is a demanding and fast-moving project, with tight deadlines and multiple priorities. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, stay organised under pressure and remain committed throughout the assignment.

Key Responsibilities*Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of project plans
*Manage project schedules and monitor key deadlines
*Coordinate project activities across the wider team
*Track budgets and assist with financial administration
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
*Monitor project progress and highlight any potential issues or delays
*Provide general administrative support to the Project Manager and project team
*Assist with financial and reporting tasks as required
*Help ensure projects remain on schedule and within agreed budgets


About You

We’re looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
Confident communicating with different members of a project team
Proactive, reliable and able to work on their own initiative
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, schedules and project documentation
Able to hit the ground running and make an immediate contribution
