Full job descriptionWe are recruiting for a Fast Fit Centre Manager on behalf of a reputable automotive business in Yeovil. This Fast Fit Centre Manager role presents a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a busy fast fit centre within a well-established company committed to growth and high standards in the automotive industry. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure exceptional customer service.

*Monday to Friday working pattern, 8:30AM to 5:30PM
*Saturdays on a rota basis with a day off in lieu

Duties of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:
*Overseeing team performance, motivating staff, and encouraging sales
*Delivering effective training to ensure high standards of customer service and operational procedures
*Managing day-to-day depot operations to ensure efficiency
*Upholding security policies, safeguarding stock, assets, customer data, and cash
*Maintaining accurate stock control and ensuring audit readiness
*Conducting regular equipment and machinery maintenance and servicing
*Processing stock deliveries promptly and recording them accurately in inventory systems
*Keeping comprehensive service records and completing necessary documentation
*Providing professional customer service at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:
*Proven experience as a Fast Fit Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager within the automotive sector
*Demonstrable success in a sales-focused environment
*Mechanical knowledge and automotive industry experience
*Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
*Good understanding of relevant Health & Safety requirements
*Knowledge of evolving car technology
*Excellent customer service skills and account management experience
*Full UK Driving Licence
*Strong leadership qualities with the ability to develop and motivate a team
