People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant – Swindon to join our well-established team based in Swindon.

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Resourcer, Recruiter, Hiring Consultant, Recruitment Assistant or Account Consultant.
Shifts
• Monday to Thursday – 8:00am–5:00pm
• Friday – 8:00am–4:00pm

• £27,000–£28,000 per annum

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Recruitment Consultant, your duties will include:
• Carrying out business development activity, including contacting prospective clients to identify new business opportunities
• Managing and developing existing client relationships to increase market share
• Attending client meetings to discuss new and ongoing recruitment campaigns
• Sourcing and matching suitable candidates to vacancies
• Writing engaging and effective job advertisements
• Shortlisting and interviewing candidates
• Ensuring all recruitment activity remains compliant and completing associated administration
• Conducting regular client service reviews
• Reporting on activity and performance
• Working towards and exceeding agreed targets and KPIs
Essential Skills
To be successful as a Recruitment Consultant, you will need:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Confidence communicating with both clients and candidates
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for visiting client sites and offices
• The right to work in the UK, with proof required
Desirable Experience
• Previous recruitment experience is preferred but not essential
• Previous business development, sales or client-facing experience would be advantageous
