Full job descriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a growing organisation and play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the business.
You’ll provide trusted HR advice across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, absence, HR administration and engagement initiatives. You’ll also contribute to improving HR processes, policies and the overall employee experience.
We’re looking for:
*CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
*Proven HR advisory and employee relations experience
*Confidence advising managers and senior leaders
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*A proactive, approachable and solutions-focused approach
*Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regionally
