Shift Pattern

*Long day shifts:8am-8pm
*Full flexibility required, including weekends
*Night cover may also be needed
What You’ll Be Doing
*Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
*Encouraging independence and community involvement
*Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
*Working as part of a close-knit, caring team
