Job DescriptionThe Role: What You’ll Actually Do
You’ll be hands-on from Day 1, learning how to keep the nation’s favorite fleet on the road.
*Level Up: Attend college and gain formal qualifications in automotive engineering.
*Hands-on Training: Assist pro engineers with vehicle repairs and maintenance.
*Own Your Space: Help manage the workshop, maintain high standards, and learn the tech behind the trucks.
*Independence: Move from shadow-learning to taking the lead on tasks as you progress.
QualificationsAre You the One?
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, tech-savvy (Google Workspace), and has a sharp eye for detail.
*Must-haves: GCSE/Level 2 in Maths and English (or a genuine willingness to smash these during your apprenticeship).

*Years 1-3: VMU Apprentice (Learning the ropes)
